  8 weeks doing an insurance quote and still no answer, no return calls and honestly believe they have stolen our caravan. Currently going through lawyers. Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with.

  They have now relocated, Fantastic service, repaired my fridge under warranty right after cyclone Debbie and went above and beyond helping me out. Booked in my service for next week.

  Beware!!! these guys are cons, i was told they have been put on a blacklist by NRMA. Seem nice at first but then once they have your van/keys its a different story. These guys doubled the bill once they knew it was an insurance job, ($1300 bill) they kept our van on purpose for 3 hours after payment in spite- not caring our children were in the car waiting and the male owner physically assaulted me, barging into me to push me out of store. They blamed the insurance co for the time taken to process our repairs which was an outright lie -as we were I'm close contact with insurance co the whole time. They didnt even do the job properly and we've had to take it elsewhere to fix their dodgy work. BEWARE!!!!! the locked gates should scream trouble to you (despite their sob story of why it's locked) They don't deserve a star but I couldn't give them half a star. Don't waste your time and money, go elsewhere to a business that deserves your money. Con artists!! BEWARE!!! And a week later we took our van to another repairer who showed us and wrote a report about how they had done NOTHING, NO WORK to what they claimed. They claimed they had reconditioned our brake system but when the other repairer took the brakes apart he actually struggled to get them apart as they were full of dirt and gunk, nothing they charged us for was touched (they showed us and took pics to prove this) and the brake wiring was incorrectly wired which was the whole reason we took the van in, the brake wiring had come loose. This was serious, we could have ended up in a bad accident due to their negligence. They are being reported to ACC. please do not support this busniss, they need to be shut down.
